Cendawan tiram/oyster mushroom with eggs and bean curd..:)









Inilah masakan yang simple dan mudah untuk di masak..ala-ala chinese style sikit..my favourite way to cook this oyster mushrooms :)...besides deep fry it with  batter.. like fritters...


  1. 250gms oyster mushrooms.
  2. 2 eggs.
  3. 1 square size bean curd (firm).
  4. 2 teaspoon tumeric powder.
  5. 1/2 tablespoon light soy sauce.
  6. 2 cloves of garlic (finely chop).
  7. 2 bird chillies (optional)
  8. 1or 2 stalk of spring onion (cut into 2inches long)
  9. 1 tea spoon of chicken essense powder.
  10. Salt.
  11. Oil
